Good evening. Tonight we are going to continue our way through the book of Mark. Starting tonight, we are going to go at a pace that will hopefully get us through the remaining chapters in 3 weeks. So we will begin tonight, and we will get through as much as we can.

Next is a story of a rich young man who came to Jesus to ask what he could do to receive eternal life. Jesus told him to sell everything and give the money to the poor. Why did the rich young man as that question in the first place?
